Mountain Heritage Festival Celebration of Craft & Music Saturday, September 19th, 2009.

I hope you will plan to join us September 19 for the 2009 mountain Heritage Festival. This is a special time for us. All year the county is celebrating the 150th anniversary of its founding. If you arrive in Saparta on Friday, plan to attend the street dance in the First Community Bank parking lot, 57 North Main Street. Many of the participants will be in early 19th century period attire during the festival. We will have special demonstrations and activities to highlight the 150th
